LM Construction Company provided in-house design build and ground-up construction for this 5,014-square-foot Sherwin-Williams location in Pahrump, Nevada.

The wood-frame building features a stucco exterior with stone veneer and was designed to support the operational needs of the store, including a retail sales floor, dedicated paint-mixing area, office space and warehouse space.

From design through construction, LMCC delivered a purpose-built retail facility tailored to the needs of the end user.
